Payment and Billing Clause

Billing for initial setup and first year domain name registration ($50.00) and first month of hosting ($10.00) will be due upon sign up with our service. Payment must be setup through Paypal subscription service. Subscription service is required on either a monthly or annual basis as chosen by client. In addition, annual domain renewal on the month of initial signup. Domain renewal will be due ($10.00) within 15 days of email sent out. Subscriptions unpaid or overdue 30 days will result in deactivation of website. Site may be reactivated for the initial setup fee ($40.00) within 30 days and after statement rendered in full.

Website-Creationz is not in any way associated with Paypal, Inc. Clients will agree to the individual terms of Paypal, Inc. when using that service.

Website-Creationz is not in any way associated withCelebrating Home. All usage of the names, descriptions and other information are done without the consent of Celebrating Home.

Website-Creationz encourages Celebrating Home Designers to follow the rules set by that company. Celebrating Home has guidelines set for their designers who own and operate their own website. These guidelines should be followed when signing up for the our service. For example: Domain names should not include the words "Celebrating Home". All guidelines can be found in the Help Area of the Celebrating Home Designer's website.

Website-Creationz reminds you that the Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to interception or loss. Website-Creationz makes no warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory concerning the data or information available through the network.

Website Creationz will only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material, which violates United State federal, State, or other laws which may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area, is prohibited. This includes material which is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws.

Your acceptance of our terms of services agreement requires you to indemnify and hold harmless Website Creationz in any legal action, which arises as a result of the use of Website Creationz services, without limitation or exception.

Celebrating Home may requiredesigners to pay a fee for access to their online shopping area. This is in no way part of our services and is the sole responsibility of individual designers.
